Refund Policy

In-Shop Order Policy
Enjoy our delicious gourmet popcorn and treats immediately. We cook without preservatives. Not satisfied? Return your order to the shop location, uneaten, in original packaging, with your receipt within 24 hours of purchase for a replacement, which must match returned order. 


Online Order Policy
We do not accept returns of HoneyPop Poppin Gourmet Popcorn or treats due to the perishable nature of the products. We are happy to replace your Gourmet Popcorn and/or treat packages should they arrive damaged. Any refunds or replacements must be requested within 30 days of delivery to the address provided in your order. We cannot offer a refund or replacement if more than 30 days have passed since the date of delivery.

* Prior to signing for, or opening your shipment, it is recommended that you check for any signs of damage to the box before opening and note any damage that exists. If there is obvious damage, please call the shipping carrier as soon as possible to submit a damage report. Please do not discard the original packaging or product in the case that a claims process needs to be initiated.


HoneyPop Poppin does not provide refunds or replacements for any of the following reasons:

  • Customer ordered incorrect and/or wrong quantity
  • Customer provided the incorrect address
  • Shipping partner delivered your order earlier than was estimated
  • Customer was not present at time of delivery
  • Customer provided incorrect information, requiring a re-route or other extension in delivery time
  • Customer did not report quality concern(s) within the shelf life of the product
  • Customer consumed more than half, or 50% of the HoneyPop Poppin Gourmet Popcorn or treats
  • Customer refused delivery
  • Item(s) unable to be delivered due to being shipped to a PO Box
  • Item(s) still in transit


How to Submit a Request 

  1. Make sure your situation meets the requirements outlined in the policy.
  2. Have your order number and photo(s) of your concerns ready.
  3. Submit a request or concern via our contact us form, or with a Customer Representative at 334-593-2447.


The photo(s) submitted with your replacement request will be used for feedback and training purposes. Due to the perishable nature of HoneyPop Poppin Popcorn and treats, all claims submitted without proper support will not be eligible for reshipment. Thank you for your understanding.

HoneyPop Poppin, LLC reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
