How fresh will my popcorn be?
Our popcorn is made fresh and contains no artificial preservatives. Bags purchased online are heat sealed and typically stay fresh for 2-3 weeks without opening if stored in a cool and dry place, like a pantry.

Bags purchased in store typically stay fresh for about 2-3 weeks. Our candied, caramel and Chocolate flavors will offer a longer shelf life than our savory varieties.

To optimize your popcorn's freshness, store in a cool and dry environment. Once opened, let the air out of the bag and seal tightly.

For orders with chocolate coated popcorn, please be advised we cannot guarantee that chocolate will not melt in transit during hot summer months. This will not affect the taste, and the chocolate will re-harden at room temperature. If you are concerned about potential melting, we recommend ordering your items with 2-day shipping to reduce the amount of time your package spends in a hot delivery truck or facility.

If I want to pick up my order at the shop should I place my order ahead of time?
We recommend placing your order in advance. Our standard turnaround time for online orders is 24 hours, though for larger orders please place your order 3 or more days ahead of time. Please keep in mind that we get busy during holidays, so to ensure we have the quantity and flavors you are looking for, you may pre-order via our website, by phone, or at our retail store.

Can I can refill my popcorn tin for a discounted price?

Is HoneyPop Poppin a franchise?
We are an independent, locally-owned and operated company based in Montgomery, Alabama.

Do you deliver in Montgomery?
Yes, we offer same day delivery services through Uber Eats, Waitr and Grubhub.  There are no minimums for orders shipped via USPS or UPS. If you are located within surrounding cities, please call or contact us as UPS Ground may be available as a next day delivery option.

Do you offer special flavors and/or colors for events?
Yes, we do! We would love to be a part of creating an unforgettable wedding, event, corporate gifts or tailgate party. We offer custom colors and flavors. Don't forget the addition of custom logo labels. Custom orders typically require extra lead time and an order minimum of 100 cups (equivalent to a Party Bag). Most custom orders are available at no extra charge, unless special ingredients are requested. What is your suggested serving size?
